IntelliSpense™ Manual Syringes
are complete units, ready to use. As shown below,
they include syringe barrels (1CC to 60CC),
plungers (push rods
inside the barrel) and pistons (black
neoprene piece that the push rod pushes
to move the material forward).
There is a lubricant used in the barrel,
(PDMS), which is
Polydimethylsiloxane,
a silicone. Manual Syringes are
shipped assembled.
If you require a silicone free syringe, use pneumatic Syringes
with an inexpensive Manual Syringe Gun.
These lightweight.
inexpensive plastic guns use industry standard
Pneumatic Syringes.
The syringe gun
is
not for use with manual syringes, as it has
its own plunger rod and adapter head built in.
Also available in sterile individual packs, and wholesale
pricing is available on request.
The individual components,
unassembled and unmarked are also available.
Tips caps,
End Caps
and
needles, if required, are ordered separately.
